Must be an established organisation and in existence for a minimum of five years or more. |

Must assist clients who are involved in destructive sub-cultures or closely related aspects. |

Must be working holistically with clients i.e. body, mind and soul. |

Must work theoretically but also practically. |

|
|
Must include family of client in the rehabilitation process. |

Must work preventatively as well. |
|
|
|
Must be a professional organisation with ethical rules, regulations and manner of working. |

|
Must make use of professional and registered therapists, counsellors and workers. |
|
|
|
Must be registered with the Department of Social Development as a non-profit organisation. |
|
|
|
Must be registered with SARS and/or all other necessary departments and governing bodies. |
|
|
|
Must have proper financial and administrative systems and controls in place. |
|
|
|
Annual financial audits must be performed by an official auditor or auditing firm and financial statements must be available. |
|
|
|
Must allow the Oyster Project’s management to do regular audits on use of funds. |
|
|
|
Must submit regular reports on activities and use of funds on a regular basis as required. |
|
|
|
